Beautiful! The river front lots are absolutely beautiful. Very well maintained. Host and team are great! Highly recommend.

This was one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. The lady at the check-in was very friendly. The place is beautiful and well maintained.

Quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped sites on the French Broad River. We stayed for two weeks. Easily maneuvered our 36' rig around. Nice pool, rarely used. Older crowd, few if any children around. Few months ago stayed in a local RV resort close by and it was bustling, with golf carts zipping around, kids playing, like a little busy metropolis. This place is the opposite. Just depends on what you want. We like the peaceful environment here. Close to I-40 and lots of shopping.

Well kept pretty RV Resort. They make it very clear that Class A RVs are preferred. If you do not have a Class A, you are not allowed to reserve, stay in or enjoy the pull-in river facing sites. I didn't realize that I was a second class citizen with a Class C Motorhome until I checked in...I thought when I made our reservation that the ricer front sites were already taken. I would have been willing to pay the additional $9 per night for the site, but was not allowed that opportunity. The park is very well maintained and each site has a concrete pad and patio area. They have a "dog area" which is not fenced in grass area at the end of the grounds about the same size as the other sites but with no concrete. From that area you can see the river...but you are not allowed to walk along the rivers edge as that is considered a part of each of the river facing sites. Even though there are shrubs between some sites and the area before the drop off to the river you are not allowed to walk there. We found out it was a no no when the office called us after someone complained that we were walking on their site...my husband walked our two small dogs along the edge of the drop off to the river. Although the place is convenient and nicely kept we would never stay there again...we will give our money to a business that apppreciates everyone...even us second class Class C RV owners.

Great resort, quiet, clean, great work campers that make you feel right at home. We stayed several weeks at the resort. Great location, yet close to all the attractions, restaurants, and national park. Definitely recommend a stay!
